Mr. Olivier has over 30 years of experience in highly technical design, construction management and contract administration. Over these years, he has managed projects that service the Federal, State and Local Government. Craig has had responsibilities for managing both design and construction projects for upgrades of existing facilities, new building and site utilities. In addition, he has coordinated activities with internal management and contractors to ensure design objectives, cost reduction and schedule milestones.
