Project Scope
ADC provide construction plans, specifications and construction support for 20,975 square feet of upgraded office and data center space for each of the two design and construction phases.
Challenges
ADC would need to provide comprehensive engineering review of all existing systems within the Heritage Square facility to evaluate loads and opportunities for increased capacities to support the additional demand of the expanded office and data center space.
Solution
Phase Two consisted of modifying existing fire sprinklers, the lighting system, and the existing HVAC system for ventilation air and providing a 150 kw emergency generator, a 40 kva, and a HFC-227ea fire suppression system for a 2,000 square foot computer room with an 18″ raised floor.
