Team bonding is important to us. And given the current world events with people working from home and social distancing, its even more critical to helping an organization stay connected. On Friday night, Advance Design Consultants, Inc.\u00a0 and sister company, ADC Construction Management, Inc.<\/a>, teamed up to\u00a0 host a Virtual Oktoberfest for our staff. For the past 3 years we have hosted an Oktoberfest event & cornhole tournament at a local brewery. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we adjusted our plan for 2020. Each guest received a box filled with craft brews, snacks, photo props & more. Together we joined a video chat with the Brewers\/Owners of Hapa’s Brewing Company<\/a> to do a tasting and Q&A with the brewers. Then staff enjoyed time having drinks and catching up together.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
