ADC has a tremendous amount of knowledge and understanding of the processes, procedures and chains of command involved with Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contracts and MTA’s (Multi-Task Award) for the government and municipal sectors, performing work on awarded Task Orders for the Veterans Administration, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Navy, and NASA among others.  Capitalizing on our years of experience, we have developed a two-phase approach which includes a Contractual Phase and A/E Phase with clear intermediate milestones to divide the project process into controllable and achievable steps for streamlined coordination.  Throughout all phases of the project we focus on proper workflow, communication, and delivery of client packages, providing quality control across all disciplines and ensuring design and construction success.
