At ADC, we work hard and play hard…together. On Friday night, Advance Design Consultants, Inc.  and sister company, ADC Construction Management, Inc., teamed up to  host a Virtual Oktoberfest for our staff to have a chance to socialize together virtually. Each guest received craft brews and a bag filled with Oktoberfest treats such as German sausages, pretzels, imported mustards from local German market, Gourmet Haus Staudt & Beirgarten. Together we joined a video chat with the Brewers/Owners of Hapa’s Brewing Company to do a tasting and Q&A with the brewers. Then staff enjoyed some Biergarten Bingo and social time having drinks and catching up together.

Team bonding is important to us. And given the current world events with people working from home and social distancing, its even more critical to helping an organization stay connected. On Friday night, Advance Design Consultants, Inc.  and sister company, ADC Construction Management, Inc., teamed up to  host a Virtual Oktoberfest for our staff. For the past 3 years we have hosted an Oktoberfest event & cornhole tournament at a local brewery. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we adjusted our plan for 2020. Each guest received a box filled with craft brews, snacks, photo props & more. Together we joined a video chat with the Brewers/Owners of Hapa’s Brewing Company to do a tasting and Q&A with the brewers. Then staff enjoyed time having drinks and catching up together.

On Friday, October 19th, ADC and sister-company, ADC Construction Management, Inc.,  hosted our 3rd Annual Oktoberfest & Cornhole Tournament. Nearly 60 clients, staff and vendors came out to enjoy a wonderful evening of craft beer, food and cornhole at Hapa’s Brewing Company.

Update to our Clients & Partners:

ADC is continuing to take the COVID-19 situation seriously to protect the health and well-being of our employees, clients and partners.

In March 2020, Advance Design Consultants, Inc. implemented a Work from Home Plan (WFH) program to ensure safety while still conducting business. Furthermore, ADC is a designated an essential business due to the critical nature of many of our projects for public works and high tech/defense companies. While many of our staff will primarily be working from home, our employees have access to our main office in San Jose and all necessary equipment to perform their duties and create designs at the highest level, regardless of the on-going pandemic.

ADC’s staff will continue to work with our clients, partners, consultants and community to provide business continuity of the same services that you have come to expect from us. We are committed to providing the architectural-engineering design and calculations services, communication, and collaboration needed to keep our projects moving ahead on schedule.

During this time, please use email as this is the best way to reach us. Continue to reach out to your direct contact, and if you do not have a direct contact, use [email protected] and your message will be routed to the appropriate person.

If you have any questions, concerns, comments or even just need someone to talk to concerning a current or future project, do not hesitate to contact us. Together we can all ensure business continuity for our region and beyond.
