Virtual Happy Hour Brings Staff Together

On Friday, November 20th the ADC & ADC-CM team gathered for a Virtual Happy Hour. Over 25 employees and spouses/guests gathered for dinner, drinks and raffle from the comfort of their own homes. The companies provided each guest with a box with all the ingredients for their drinks so we could raise our glasses together and catch up. It was so great to see many familiar faces and get to a know a few new ones!

ADC is continuing to take the COVID-19 situation seriously to protect the health and well-being of our employees, clients and partners.

In March 2020, Advance Design Consultants, Inc. implemented a Work from Home Plan (WFH) program to ensure safety while still conducting business. Furthermore, ADC is a designated an essential business due to the critical nature of many of our projects for public works and high tech/defense companies. While many of our staff will primarily be working from home, our employees have access to our main office in San Jose and all necessary equipment to perform their duties and create designs at the highest level, regardless of the on-going pandemic.

ADC’s staff will continue to work with our clients, partners, consultants and community to provide business continuity of the same services that you have come to expect from us. We are committed to providing the architectural-engineering design and calculations services, communication, and collaboration needed to keep our projects moving ahead on schedule.
